1/4 Mile, 60ft, 30-130mph and top speed
SubscribeLooks like it makes good power, I would geuss 11.6, 11.7 at the mph your running with a good leave.
Man, what a great first post. Good times. My best 60' is 1.79 and I have an automatic.
First of all, those time of yours are VERY respectable for a k16 car.
I think 1.8-1.9 is an average 60ft for a street tired 996tt. Based on what you've run, I think a 1.6-1.7 60ft will get you to the mid 11's you seek...and you'd better be an awesome driver to get that, and have an armful of axles at the track with you.
I don't bother going to the track unless I have drag radials.

Ah...but in the end 10.70 vs. 11.14..

very good runs, your 60ft is a little high mine is there. The really good drivers can do a 1.5-1.6 60ft which would put your time in the mid to high 11's. your trap speed is very good for just a flash. The fastest flashed K16's I think are in the 126 mph range.
since you have done 1.6/1.7s consistently I guess you are a decent driver, i dont' see why you won't be able to replicate a similar 60' with more practice on street tires!

getting a perfect launch is tough with these cars for me anyway. My best 60ft last year was 1.9. It was also my worst trap speedOriginally Posted by homi mike

and I missed a shift
. With lots of practice I think he will get there.nice times for k16s. it looks like better short times will def get you into 11s.
Great color. I like your car. You may hit 200 in 1.5 miles starting at 80mph...
