Upgrade exhaust first and replace the factory plastic diverter valves. Then tune at the same time or at a later date. The stock exhaust is restrictive and heavy. You don't want more power / T-boost blowing through the stock straw muffler. Also on the X50 I would upgrade the waste gates. There are plenty of great tuners for our cars. These cars have been around for a while now.

Seems like the advice here is good.. Tony at EPL, Kevin at UMW, Todd at Protomotive... all of them are K24 specialists if you will and since you have the X50 package any of them will give you a great tune and good advice on how to proceed next.. Is there one of them in your vicinity? Then go with that one, since it will be easier and better if you can go there in person.
