Coolant Drop And A Few Other Questions

I saw the other post by the other gentleman and actually experienced a coolant drop myself during a short drive today, luckily I was near my house. I have a few questions for the experts out there.

1-I found the hose that is located on the right side of the engine, it is one of the larger ones, it looks like the clip worked itself loose and dropped the fluid at the connection between the block and the hose. I reconnected it and added the clip and it seems fine. My question is should I replace the clip or what can I do to secure this and ensure this doesn't happen again?

2-I am planning on installing K24's shortly and a few other items so I started removing the parts due to this and the antifreeze drop. I bought some Forge performance intercooler hoses. Can someone explain what the screw-on hose clamps achieve with the clips in place? Since there is no neck or anything to tighten against the clamps seemed to be worthless to me? This may be a lame question but I thought I would ask.

3-What special tool are you guys using to loosen the top bolts going into the top of the turbos? I tried a standard open wrench and there doesn't seem to be much real estate in there for this.

Thanks in advance,
