Anyone go from older GT700 and upgrade to evomsit software?
Looking for any input from people that had original GT700 kit and then upgraded to the evomsit software.
What did it do for you? Does it also cure the stalling problem that some people have with the lwfw?

Got the same question. Have an evo GT700 installed in 05. Just bought it and needs a new sachs 3 clutch and the left turbo needs to be rebuilt. Also has the stock MAF. Dynod last week at 580 rwhp (dynojet). Either going with Giac Hitachi conversion or Evo's hitachi with evomit ($1600 for existing GT700 owners). But to get a seperate stand alone file that will handle over 1.4 bar (105-116 octane), you have to get an extra eprom ($1000). So Giac is looking better. Also, just found out that early versions of evo GT700 did not come with a GT28s but rather k24 hybrids....totally shocked me. I'm looking at em right now..kkk for sure. Anyway, if I have to rebuild em, might as well upgrade to Gt28s....but still trying to take it all in. I come from the benz side.
Any real feed back would be appreciated vs "I heard...". As in real experience.

I never had the old software or hardware for that matter but I doubt my car would dyno much better than yours...

I don't have much experience with anything about the new software, and I'm sure as all things newer, some improvements were made in terms of maybe you boost faster, more smooth, etc. I guess the question for you would be, if the software works well currently, is it worth the $$ to upgrade.

Those dyno numbers were with c12/race file-1.4 bar. I thought some of the guys on this board with gt700-hmaf have put down 650+ whp in some cases and even 700?
Also one more question. The car has an evo swift shift thats very notchy and loose. I realize I dont have a good reference point (Other than an M3) but I just cant believe such poor design. One porsche owner who drove it, told me its normal for a short shifter and that I'm not used to it. I would have thought it would be crisp and tight with ZERO slop. Are they adjustable.

We have made massive changes to the software for that setup. Shoot me a PM and I can see about getting you updated. Our latest software was calibrated to our tastes and is much better. We also have proper LWFW fixes.
