whats the deal on the outer edge of the tail lite is it a clip ???

What edge? Just the 2 screws and pull it out.

 

it's attached on the outside edge. but can,t see how to loosen it

 

Just shake it around gently. you'll get it off. (I know, that's what she said!)

did a test on chevy tail lites came out great , but on the p car lites i can't get acess to the inside of the tail lite. did a search cuz i saw a post about this but it's lost. it's real scary to spray in the light bulb hole , is that my only option??

 

I think most people spray the outside!
