Find your radio code, disconnect your battery and take your time. It looks pretty easy. I've got an engine out of the car if you need any pics of stuff you can't see.

What sort of mileage do you guys have on your alternators? I noticed last night my voltage hovering around the 13.0 volt mark on the gauge. I need to put a volt meter on the car to see exactly what it's doing; but it looks a bit low to me. (most cars run 13.8ish when running)

Thanks for the link!

Thanks, that's where I am on miles. My last 996 turbo was at 96k and no alt issues. I'll check mine today since I feel like the alt gauge is lower than normal.

Post #4. Right around 13v. I just need to verify the actual volts with a digital gauge vs the dash gauge.
