which methanol injection kit to go with

not sure which one to go with. AEM or Aquamist hsf 1? i like all the safety features aquamist offers but do i really need all that? as long as i have the low level indicator, i should be fine but the price is also an issue. AEM does not have all the features aquamist has but is it worth all that?

without ecu based failsafes(don't know as much about the porsche ecu as other ecu's) and if there is the availability of e85, I would say no meth injection. That's for another thread though, but if you must aquamist from the UK is king.

What if a line bursts? or gets melted because of a bad install? or anything OTHER than low level? ...melted engine, thats what...for a couple bucks. (Aquamist also has a flow meter) Detonation will kill your engine faster than that tank will drain down so your low level indicator will shut it off. Do yourself a huge favor and just buy an Aquamist kit. Better to have too much than not enough...Mine has been installed for way over a year and I haven't touched it and it works MINT!!!

Can one use 100% meth with the aquamist hfs3 kit? everyone I know uses it for cooling 50/50 mix.

I have an older HFS-1 kit and have ONLY sprayed 100% VP M1 meth through it, except for a few 50/50 dyno pulls.

Strange. E85 is good to about two bar. We are running a lot more than two bar with E85 and we need Aquamist with the E85.
