I have been very happy with my PSS10's.. Car rides better than stock and turns some nice times at the track.

what does everyone use or recommend on here?

how much are H&R springs and whats the labour to install?

or is it better to get coilovers since the install maybe almost the same?
ive driven both and didnt like the feel of the springs, really glad i spent the extra and went with coilovers (pss9's)

a local here went with Eibach springs and GMG sway bars and the car handles soo much better assuming your shocks are in decent condition.

this is not as nice as a coil over system but it will tie you over until you get some coil overs

I am also wondering about spring or coil overs...

If I do springs i will change the shocks too... I was thinking H&R springs and Bilstein sport shocks...

Or just go with the PSS10 kit...

The coil overs are more expensive but thats not what im woried about...
Im just wondering how stiff the ride would be with coil covers... Our roads are not too nice up here and I dont want it to be too stiff... I will do an ocasional track day once a year but I mostly use the car just to boot around and beat my friends with there NSX's and Vipers...loll

Does any one have any of these set ups and could any of you give me advice...

Im sure this advice will help Nikkolaki too since were both Canadian and both drive on the same roads!!

with springs it tends to bounce around more ... do your self a favor and will save you money in the long run , go coilovers.

Im from washington state just stay in houston on business, i know about northern roads and canadain ones too.

anyways my good friend Frank just put JIC cross coilovers on and ill give you a description he gave me

now his cars stock suspension was completely shot at 60k miles
mine road like a dream compared to his (mine is stock)

he drove my car down to pickup his after the suspension mods and this is what he said,
Hey you know as your going down x freeway that is concrette and you hit the dividers in the slabs and it goes tathump tathump tathump rather loud and the car kinda moves n pushes as you go around a corner at 70+

well with the JIC's its not there if you listen super hard and watch the lines as you cross them you can tell they are there but its so faint its amazing! I love these Coilovers

Hey remember when you took me for a ride in your car and at WOT the rear swat so hard and the front end lifted and all 4 tires jsut blew off and the car drifted around trying to hook up. well with 150more whp in my car and these shocks it doesnt even move under full boost just smooth as day.

not saying coilovers arent better but Bmoores did 200mph at the texas mile with just springs.

if you got the money get the coilovers but springs also do their intended job just not adjustable

As was said, if your just looking for something quick and cheap, performance be damned, springs is the way to go. If you care even a little bit about performance, (and you should as the stock coilovers are horrendous), keep an eye out for a set of used coilovers like PSS-9's or 10's. The extra money you spend will be well worth it..take it from the masses...
