Do these clear stock wheels?

From my experience with making big brake kits on the 3000gt, you'll want to widen that bracket as much as needed to mate to the stock mounting surface. I had a nasty time with noise unless the footprint for the caliper was wide enough.Great idea! I'm in need of rotors/pads in the next 10k miles; I know what I'm doing...

Basic - If it was always that easy, Home Depot would have a Performance car part section.

Joyride - $120/rotor... that is cheap. Unfortunately we will never make rotors. We sell the better 2pc Brembo rotors that last 3 times longer then stock.

Prodigy - Pricing coming soon... We will have front and rear.

Brad - Yes they clear stock 18" wheels.

Produce some sort of adapter that will allow 996 TT hub to use Gt3 offset rotors? that might not be that hard to produce.

The GT3 and 997TT use the same 350mm rotor. There is a different annulus however to them which the Turbo needs to run the turbo rotor.

I am not talking about cheap 1pc rotors, I am talking about Brembo's 2pc rotor...

These will be hard anodized, laser engraved, and include bolts. Rotors can be purchased seperately too

I would suggest that you increase the width of your adapter to perfectly match the width and shape of the caliper so it doesn't look so obvious that there is an adapter there. Right now, it looks like you just bolted something in between that was not intended to be there. Just a design suggestion to make it look like a better fit...

Your mechanic is having an off day. Rotor installed incorrectly. He installed left side on the right side.

Basic, thats pretty much much what it is. I did it for the rear to install the 997tt rotor. My bracket was much closer to tolerence though.

That was for pictures only to test fit. Not installed on that car actually.

Good looking out though!

NathanialHale is infamous around these parts
Dan, come on man, it is that easy... And guys it's not a 10MM spacer. It's a 12mm spacer that can be sourced thru any steel/aluminum flatstock supplier. Mike Kelly and Al Norton did this with their rear calipers, and the fronts are pretty much the same... $50 in materials plus the bolts from your porsche dealer...

Such spooky stuff... Guess we peeked behind the curtain to see the mighty oz.
