996 Turbo LED Taillights- how can we get em made?
ya thing thing is simply a numbers game.
The manufacturers of these pieces require LARGE orders for decent pricing. Smaller orders make the pricing so high that it makes ppl ***** online
The NB 996 numbers are so much higher that we would have to basically have an astronomically higher "modding ratio" (we do! we do!) to offset our smaller numbers.
Another way would be to ensure that it also works with the 997.1 - but I'm not sure if this is possible.
The kicker is that many of you will drop off and NOT purchase at the increased price that would ultimately result - due to the smaller pool and increased risk.
I'm in fwiw...

You're right,
But on 6speed, the 996 Turbo forums is the most busiest one by far, and we spend a ton of money on our cars as well. Im sure there's huge demand for these lights, just seems like noone wants to take a chance on the 996 Turbo.
I'm sure the LEDS would take years off the car. Its the only thing looking old on my Turbo
