any1 using nokians over the pirellis or contis for the winter?
Any day Nokian is much better as is Gislaved(Owned by Continental,if you can get them) tires which have tread patterns developed for the northern countries in europe which have snow and ice. Most of the tires sold in ie. Germany is developed for warmer winters without snow and ice and are more comfortable but have much less grip if you have snow and ice.
I have sold all 3, but the feedback I have received has still favored the overall performance of the Pirelli best. The snow traction of the Nokian was great, but "felt" like a snow tire on dry pavement more that the Pirellis did.
