loose lug nut ? find a wall and the sound should get louder and easy to find. a loose lug will give a creaking sound

I have a similar issue. Plastic-on-plastic type clicking sound coming from rear wheel area (both sides it seems) when driving over bumps at slow speeds. (3-25mph) Lug nuts have been checked.
