I just wanted to let you guys know of another excellent experience I had with board sponsor Carnewal. On Monday (March 7th) I ordered an aluminum pedal set from Gert. The order was shipped on Tuesday and delivered to me yesterday March 9th.

This may sound like "no big deal" to those of you that don't know Gert. However, Carnewal is located in Belgium! I have done business with Gert since I started frequenting the "other" board a few years ago and he is extremely knowledgable and always answers e-mails and phone calls himself and promptly. Many of our other board sponsors could learn a thing or too from Gert. Too bad the dollar has tanked so much against the Euro because he's definately worth doing business with.

As many of us have learned, sometimes you do get what you pay for!

totally agree! Gert always made the modding experience a fun one with his fast delivery n prompt reply to all questions.Its sad to say some sponsors charges a premium price tag but yet fell well short of expectations making the whole modding experience a nightmare!!!...so in this instance,personally,i dont agree with your quote that you get what you pay for!!!

 

Gert is the best in terms of service. He always gets you your parts right away. Truly amazing service. Well done pal.

 

too bad the US dollar vs Euro is so bad. There would be a lot more business for Gert...

Gert sux because his stuff always show up earlier than i expected therefore i have to go to Fedex pick up after ''attempt'' delivery. guess Fedex sux then!

 

Gert is the man......I'm just pis*ed about the recent hike in the euro/$. When Gert first opened shop, his prices were untouchable. His customer service is still the best bar none.

 

Yeah but Gert has some european parts not available in the US so pretty much only 6speeders know where to get these. I ordered some parts SUnday night and they were there fedex on Tuesday morning. At the same time I ordered some parts from other US places and they were there on Friday, its funny how the order from Carnewal was here days ahead of the pother orders and it was coming from Belgium. Gert is great to deal with

 

I havent bought anything from Gert yet but have been doing some window shopping and he always answers questions promptly and seems like a great guy. I will for sure do biz with him eventually.
