Exhaust decision

Guys I'm ready for a exhaust - My plans are to keep the power 650 or less.
I don't want cell lights or drone when off the gas but want the power - sound when I'm on the track.
Now...If I'm spending this kind of money...for EP what "current exhausts" would you consider?
Keep in mind the only down side to the EP is the amount of Mass hanging
on the back of a tt.
So first choice is EP stage 2 with reservation... not easy...huh..
next?

Markski 2.5" X - EP heavy and restrictive. Markski's sounds like GT3 and very efficient!

I have the 3" with 100 cel cats and goes like crazy and sounds amazing! 3" may be a little loud for your taste, so 2.5" should do it!

Our exhausts are hand made per order... we even customize the mufflers depending on the client... we make it in house.. not from Asia drop shipped... all tig welded and ported inside... we make it for your application from scratch... with cats and V bands it weighs only 28 lbs.. and thats a 3" exhaust.... skip the cats and its only 23 lbs.. our lighter version weighs only 24lbs with cats... and it doesn't hang down like other exhaust sI have seen...
here are some pics of the X design we made for various clients...
best
markski

here is a cool video of this exhaust..

You must be misinformed, EP is not restrictive.
The maximum backpressure of the stock exhaust is 5.3 psi
The maximum backpressure of the EP2 exhaust is 2.2 psi

Stock exhaust pipe diameter is 60 mm
2.5 inch = 63.5mm
EP2 = 70mm

I have build all kinds of X-flow prototype exhausts in the past but they didn't work for me.
The X-flow do sound more like a GT3 while ours sound like a Turbo.

Ed,

We have a few exhaust options you should consider and all our systems are on sale thru Dec. 31. Our X-cellerator cross-flow sound has been touted as extremely close and no louder than EP2 quiet in terms of exterior and cabin sound, etc. by customers that have used both systems. The weight with all hardware and cats is under 30 lbs. Additionally, to lighten up even more, V-band connections make lightweight test pipes for the track a very quick and easy swap. PM me if you have any questions or for sale pricing. I would be happy to discuss the sound level options with you, as well...

I´m sure there are many good exhausts but I tried 6 of them and there were always something wrong, sound, fitment, finish, weldings, drone and other things that I wasn´t happy about. My last try was Markski and I must say that for me it was perfect. The sound, welding and fitment is perfect. It looked almost to good to be fitted on the car.

Fortunately for you living in NJ you don't have to deal with CARB...not sure what the regulations are over there but no chance I pass CARB in California with 100 cell cats.
Makes it tougher and limits my choices even more...wondering if its even worth it for me.
