I was just searching the NHTSA website for TSB's related to my Turbo, and TSB 103 states the following:

So how do I know if this was completed? Has anyone else had the seats replaced?

This TSB is 15 pages long. If you are a contributor un renntech.org you can download it. You have , on it, a long list of vin number that are affected by this TSB....

Hmmm. My VIN is on that list? Does this mean I need to have my seats replaced by the dealer? Is/was there a time limit on this TSB?

Should not be a time limit. Perhaps the prior owner had the recall done.
