I did not read the whole thread but unless the E85 is being injected some where before the T/B how is the iat going to be lower?

cooler fuel =cooler egt's = cooler iat's on a turbo car

Yep, the cooling effect of E85 cannot be taken into account since IAT is measured ahead of the fule injection and E85 cooling effect happens post injection.
EGT's are a different story definitely lower, in fact my tuner had me stop logging it anymore on the datalogs I provided him.

Tim ,there are actually quite a few on LI...just go here and punch in the zip http://www.afdc.energy.gov/afdc/locator/stations/

At around 3 bucks a gallon it sure beats jerkin around with drums of race gas.
