Let me know how was the installation on the floor (anchor bolts) and how nervous were you on the first lift.

I am looking at the same system and , here in Canada, Costco is selling it !

I was going to try to distribute them, but notices that Garage Equipment Supply is their affiliate that also sells them retail...and they sell it at what they want the retailers to buy it for.

I would only buy a lift that would let me get under the car while I am standing up. Oh I did that. BTW I am not sure of the type of inserts they used in the concrete but the only drop-ins (female thread) insert do not go that deep and is why most engineers spec an thunder stud which are offered in length up to 6 plus inch. All moot if the base material is not thick enough.

Not everyone has 10'+ ceilings, so this is for those people. You need a 4" thick concrete pad at 3000 psi. That should cover most people's houses.

Im more concerned about the safety aspect of it. Looks like a disaster waiting to happen to me. Id loveto be wrong though.

just wear a hard hat, goggles and steel tip shoes when under it and you should be fine

Funny. But in all honesty you should put a pole jack at the front and rear of the car on any two post lift.
