EPL on Vacation???
Hey Guys,,,Do you know if Tony is on vacation OR so busy that no one else has got a reply from him lately??.....Been leaving messages and e-mailing him for weeks now with no replies.....Needed to know a answer about this new tune he did with this additional fuel pump he told me to install.......

John, I think you should try contacting Dave, imo. Tony can be real busy I think.
They are two mens, and they have to perform local tunes, remote tunes, answer the phone, answer emails, I'm sure they do lots of modding/mechanical works too.
I don't make phone calls because of the "language issue", but maybe calling at strategic hours like early in the morning coud help you getting a hold of Tony..?

I have been in contact with them this week over email. Always email or CC Dave as he always responds. I think Tony is VERY hard at work in the shop and may not be able to keep up with the MANY emails he gets each day. I think Dave screens them and will get Tony to reply to anything he can't answer himself. I find I can easily get two responces a day from them. Don't call, these guys are busy and you'll get the answering machine 90% of the time.
I also find email allows you to better discuss a topic back and forth and you can recall it if you need to remember something.

CC davem at the normal domain name. Tony has been very busy lately, and I'm sure when the time comes you all will see why. I am still upset he won't name one after the greatest person of all time (me)!!!
Dave is fast to reply. I have always had better luck with any tuner/builder via email when communicating because its written down in case you don't understand when they first explain it to you. Justin N and Tony can verify this one with me because if I try to relay what I heard via phone and it's something I don't get it always ends up confusing all of us. Lol! Every tuner I've dealt with that's not local has had about a 24hr response which is good time regardless because I know I'm not the only person emailing them lol!

Yes I agree that is awesome,those guys have also gotten back to me that quick and I do not even have their tune......lol.......Still have not heard back from EPL,,its only been 3 weeks.......lol...

My experience with ToddK
was the best I've had with any tuner. Previous experience with tuners was on a different platform (Audi B5S4), some of the same players there also. When I was remote tuning with ToddK he got back to me very quickly, post remote tuning, he has always responded to my questions in a respectable time frame, even for stuff unrelated to the tune.
