as ugly as i did? this one was even black which tones down the batmobile lines considerably and it still wasn't real nice looking.

Ben, I have to disagree with you on this one, the ENZO is insane looking and as F1 as you can get for the street.

yep, I saw a yellow one on PCH a few weeks back and it was just breathtaking. They definately took a big chance on the styling, but it's just unreal.

i'm not making any comment re: the performance of the car, but rather just personally found the appearance fairly poor (my wife had similar comments as did a friend of mine - and f-car lover). and yes, it is as F1 as you can get for the street (for another couple months until the CGTs start being delivered) - not that the CGT will be faster (though rohrl says so - he's probably a bit biased as the CGT creator and employee of porsche).

When I first saw the Enzo (in print) I wasn't too impressed either - especially shots from above where it looks like a house. It just seemed too over the top and too big. However, after seeing it at the Detroit Auto Show last year and then out on the street in Le Mans this summer, it's grown on me.

no doubt about it, it looks a whole lot better in real life than in photos. and, i suppose they should get credit for ditching those wings the F40 and F50s wore.

I love the Enzo but think the F50 looks better....besides, the roof on the F50 comes off (H)

The Enzo is incredible in person, IMHO. I was just at my local authorized Ferrari service shop takng in my 360 and they had an Enzo with most of the bodywork off. It is even more incredible looking underneath, incredible carbon fiber work among other things.

I agree that it's ugly, but in more of a "OMFG that's totally bada$$" sort of way.

I definitely like what you're getting better.

I saw the car at the Detroit Auto show, and was lucky enough to touch the car, (could not sit in it though), and the car was absolutely gorgeous. But I have to say, my favorite car at the auto show was the Murcialago Barachetta, and the Bugatti (at last years auto show). I was also able to sit in the Vision SLR, and that was one hot car.
