can never hear my turn signal anything louder

 

I can relate. There have been several times I've had the blinker inadvertently on for several minutes before noticing.

 

Same here and I thought mine got problem :P

 

i rented a chevy impala last week that made the tt blinker sound like big ben in comparison. I think i may have driven the whole mass pike with the turn signal on.

I think the noise comes from the relay if i am not mistaken. Maybe you can find a louder relay that fits?

 

You guys need eye glasses, not a different turn signal. (Sorry, I couldn't resist.) I'll admit to having looked down once or twice, at least a mile from the last turn, to see that thing blinking.

My wife's Boxster has a very loud blinker, which I appreciate with the top down and the sun on the dash. My 997 is very quiet. Not sure if it is intentional for a drop-top to have a louder blinker (but it would make sense). I would imagine a Boxster relay would work?

I did got off the car and found my warning signal light not off yet for sometimes, since I was moving back to park with it on....

Might be cheaper and easier to buy a hearing aid to wear while driving the turbo lol just push it in the earlobe like so "demonstration" and it will sound like a woodpecker every time you signal
