Now have PSS10's fitted

Workshop has now got my PSS10's in. I cant wait to drive it. James at Nine Excellence said all my lower arm bushes were shot as well, including the drop links. So it looks like all my suspension will soon be changed.
That should make a difference in the handling.

Also the engine is back in with the 911 Tuning: soft inlet pipe, IC's, hoses, 60lb injectors and will be tuned my them as well. Also got fitted MKb Box and TCU.
The Turbos are pure experimental. i have K16 turbine with 360deg thrusts, 7 deg cuts and uprated seals. The compressor is bespoke. Its a billet item that flows in excess of 37 lbs air. It just stops short of K24/18g flow rates. It will be interesting to see how the package tunes up. Its going to keep Markski & Ken busy getting it right I think.
We are hoping for just shy of 18g power but good power under the curve as well keeping the K16's. it might all go pear shaped and is not guaranteed at the moment. But I will keep posing the results once the car is finished. its going to Brunters first for some times and performance figures. There are a few Porsche mags going to feature the car as well. More on that later.

congrats, suspension is arguably the best mod you can do to this car, it was sorely lacking from the factory and the billsteins will be a mssive improvement, i'm sure you will be incredibly happy, the really nice thing is you can adjust them to your exact taste

enjoy

Thanks , really looking forward to it. I had noticed the nose had a habit of wobbling slightly in a tight turn.
I cant wait

Hi Ant,
It wouldn't start yesterday , Ken found the crank sensor must have been knocked yesterday putting the engine back in. Ken's local Porsche opc dont have one in stock so it should be fitted by Monday. It has then got to have the ECU reset to a stock programme. Unfortunately Revo have my flash coded so the car has to go to the opc to have the DME reset to standard latest programme. Markski will be developing a programme to work with the K16/39 Turbos . Then the car has then got to go for testing and some press exposure and I can have it back. So honest answer is I'm not sure ATM.

That's cool, hope it's all back together soon

I can't remember if you ever said who's doing the turbos for you

What info did you manage to get about the compressors? Did you choose them based on their maps, or where they recommended to you?

When I was looking at getting mine done I was recommended a 56 trim wheel, but I couldn't get any more info from the builders

I have got to be a bit cautious talking about Turbos, its a long story which I dont mind talking to you in private about. I have free broad band ( uk)VOIP so could even talk to you over the phone. needles to say my turbos were originally sent to the USA and came back $hit, real $hit. the problem was caused, we think, by customs opening the parcel when it reached the US. So the Turbo shop over there wouldn't do the Turbos. Trust me i was furious, the turbos were only 9 months old , so I took it on my own back to do some research, which the outcome is now commercially sensitive for Ken. So it cant go public.

Thanks, once its sorted and well tested I will make a post about it. I will be honest and tell you all if these K16/39 turbos work or not. Were going to do some extensive testing in conjunction with a major player over there with you in the US.
