2001 996tt - Dechart
Tech Art and that car is setup extremely nice! I would give priority to a car with those parts and choose it over a car that had stock parts... I would not necessarily overpay much monetary value though comparing it to a car with stock parts. Maybe a $2,000 above a similar car that is stock

Not really feeling the wheels. They look like 18" centers enlarged to 19" by using stepped barrels. Several manufacturers (Speedline for example) has done this as an inexpensive way to create 19" wheels without having to pay for the forging and maching of new 19" centers. The Techart front bumper spoiler (assuming its the one similar to the GT2 is a very expensive and a well made conversion (PU rather then fiberglass/etc).

These wheels are actually made by Speedline for TechArt, so you're right about that!
They're actually 18's though, the centres are a 17" with a stepped rim!
Because of this the stock brakes completely fill the wheel
I don't think you can fit larger brakes with these wheels due to the small centres used
