[QUOTE=mikerosi;4531027]They are the same. I had the same question when sourcing parts for my recent (2 weeks ago!) build. My understating is they don't make them under the Bosch name anymore. I just installed some and they were Kayser.
Question - What symptoms of a faulty check valve (the two large check valves for example) would you experience? I'm getting surging/bucking and AFRs swinging wildy while under light throttle. TIA!!!

Its i PITA to get the SAI out of the way.
Though it's important to understand that this leak posses a more serious threat than most other leaks.
This small leak still allows the motor to build significant boost. And it will run way lean if the tune and setup doesn't have provisions for enough fuel compensation through other means. i.e. Flash tunes that already max out injector duty cycle, now without enough fuel pressure to deliver matching fuel.
Too lean for too long, and kaboom!
Thats true. Its a dangerous one. Fixed it today and its sealed, but now i can hear a tiny leak around the plenum under the y-pipe.
I feel like the pressure system plays games with me...
Well i will ziptie every pressure line i find now, after i removed the y-pipe and plenum. Jesus next weekend i do some racing. The system must be sealed and hold good damnit..

I repaired my FPR line that had come off and surprisingly did not notice any ANY difference in the way the car ran. I expected to notice something. I am sure i could have seen it from a log, guess my but is not that sensitive.
FPR would show up in injector duty cycle. So long as you had enough adjustment room in the DME for it to compensate for lack of fuel it wouldn't feel different but injector cycle would be high. Once you ran out of room things could go bad quickly if you didn't notice a CEL!
That's a big no no. KABOOM usually datalogs, if you know what to log, will show it up.
One question to the pros.
Is it possible to ziptie the 3 lines comming from the suction pipe left from the plenum? I was told its not, cause there is no room. Any hints or solutions with OEM Plenum...et cetera?

Of course you can. Whoever told you must not be a wearing white gloves and is scared to get dirty and slightly scratched up. Lol. I've don't it a handful of times.

I will test it myself now.
