oh ya by the way those M3 SC i have heard they are about as fast as a 360? maybe slightly faster? but hey guys what do we call 360s anyway? A PIG!?
LoL.
I love my Sti but the 911 TT is the mecca car for me.
Lemme just chime in and say that whoever said the Sti sounds like a lawnmower is very wrong. The Sti has a very similar sounding exhaust note to the Porches, due to the fact they they are boxer engines with headers that are not equal length.
Also if you mod a Supra(<\\~~~~ JAP Car.) the 2jz motor in that can easily hold 1000 hp and not blow up or give out CE lights.
Well I am glad that my little suby is so hated on this site but hopefully someday I can make me some money and get me a TT.
Everyone enjoy your week.

What is it then? Richmond Hill??? Technicality to a tough guy like me. Find your own NASC thread and find another forum while you're at it.

Dude, no one is hating your Subie. It is just silly to compare the two cars. I doubt many people buy a TT and think, boy I wish I could have bought an sti.

STi's are fun for theh $$

I almost bought one. I went with a TL instead because I already have a turbo beast in my 996.

The STi is a neat little car.
Tailspin is not going to continue posting here if he keeps up the name calling and the silly arguing with very little knowledge.

This reminds me of me when I was about 5. I remember I had a Big Wheel. (Remember those plastic riding toys with the side hand brake?)

My best friend and I thought we were hot ****. Riding around in a driveway and not really able to even go on the street. The older kids would come by on their bikes like a Mongoose or something (remember those bikes? lol)
and they would rip on us for riding those silly big wheels.
We'd say, "Big Wheels are the best! They're better than bicycles!"

In reality, we wished we could ride bikes, but we didn't know how yet.

That reminds me of tailspin here...
His subie.....

Our 996TT's

You know what he really wants. And there's nothing you can do to a Subie to make it worth owning over a 996.

HMMmm... wow ... this is a tough one... hmmm... what would I rather have a modded STi or a completley stock TT porsche? hmmmm.... oh man I can't decide on that one...

/sarcasm

btw. I'd take a stock TT over any STi out there no matter what mods.

I'd rather have the Subie. Then I'd still have my manhood since my wife wouldn't have cut if off for spending so much money on another Porsche.

it wouldnt take much for an STi with a good driver to beat the 911 TT. full exhaust and a computer. with someone that knows what they are doing it would be a good race

No offense but you can stretch performances one way or the other, from STi to 911TT, to 911TT and Enzo.. esp. with a good vs bad driver.. that is besides the point.
