I don't blame you... I would too; that's pretty much SOP for a situation like this one, IMHO.

 

I did offered to exchange for a new pair of seats. I have email to prove it.

I wish I can post all the emails that I have exchanged with Bryant. but that's against the rules of the forum. I am here to offer anyone who really wants to know the truth of the this whole thing. If you pm me, and ask for information regarding this case. I will sent you all the email history that is related to this case.

Ray, there is nothing to stop you from outlining the events in a factual manner without having to post emails...there are two sides to this story and you should not feel like you are being prevented from presenting your side...there is nothing wrong with paraphrasing emails like this...on September 15, 2011 customer emailed that he would accept...etc...you guys are no closer to a resolution than you were before these threads went up...they have permitted this member to vent his frustration...Ray if you want to post your timeline of the events send it to me and I'll put it up for you...I see no benefit to anyone for these threads to remain open at this point...closed
