SPIRITED DRIVE ... not a "spirite" drive... sorry...

so a couple friends and i decided to go on a spur of the moment little drive thru some of the local hills. it was a good spirited drive, nice scenery, and aside from being kinda cold, it was great. took some pictures, thought you guys might enjoy. It was the first real time i had taken my car thru twisties, as well as a first for the STi (he just got it, coming from an E46 M3), a first for the ///M coupe (he also has a 996TT, just got the coupe), and a first for the Viper. we were all very pleased with how the cars did, and it gave a chance for 2 of the guys to compare their current cars to their previous M3, and the current 996tt, respectively. i had to give props to the Viper for even coming out, with no ABS or TC he still drove very briskly!

I bet that was a lot of fun to have 4 very different cars out there mixing it up together!

 

it was very nice! a bit cold once we got to the upper elevation, but still very nice!
it was! we had done that route and others before when i had my B5 S4, but its been awhile. we always had a variety of cars. nothing quite like seeing an Esprit behind a Z06 behind a nismo 350Z behind an E63AMG! we always mixed it up. we were all very pleased with the cars, but the viper guy was very hesitant (understandably) and said he may bring the Boxter next time.

we are thinking about doing a biweekly drive, so keep an eye out for more pics!
