Well both kw3 and pss10 will lower the car at least 10-15mm.
I was in the same case and i was thinking of changing the dampers alone with bilstein b6

I have Pss9's with eibach adjustable sways, tarett drop links and gemballa carbon strut braces on my 996 Turbo they are wonderful, the whole set up works amazingly well as a full package.
Thoroughly recommend fitting the complete package.

thats look great , do you know any online shop offer them ?
Tarett Engineering, Design 911, Eagle Day or FVD can do the lot I think otherwise buy each separately.
Struts from Eagle Day.
Pss9 or 10s from Deign 911 or wherever you can find a set.
FVD for the Eibach Sway Bars.
Tarett Engineering for the Drop Links

I've got 235x35x19F and 315x25x19R. Suspension is PSS10's, GMG adjustable rear upper control arms, GMG adjustble rear toe steer link, Tarrett rear sway bar drop links, H&R sway bars. The issue with the rear suspension of the 996TT is not enough adjustment in the eccentrics to get proper street camber and toe in (usually too much toe in and too much negative camber. The dog bones and toe steer link solve these issues. If you want to avoid these issues, you can adjust the ride height higher or switch back to stock 18" wheels/tires.
