Thank you all for your concern. No email has ever been sent and there is nothing in my spam/junk mail folder. PALETTE, whatever you did, did not work! What do you mean by, “Have you tried to clear you cache?” I deleted all my PM’s (inbox and sent).

Everything was working fine up until about two months ago! I just saw the "awaiting email confirmation" as well and have no idea what that means. I also saw my rep went to zero from 22! I would love for someone, anyone, to email me!!!

 

What web browser you using? Try a different one like chrome or firefox and see what happens. Also try signing out of your 6 speed account and logging back in.

These are long shots but might work. I really think it is something on the sites end of things to be honest though.

 

RaineyCD and I may be on to something. That awaiting email confirmation thing seems suspicious. Ask the mods or IB techs to resend whatever the system wanted to send you to create that message and see if that solves your problem. Worst case scenario, have the mods delete your username, create a new profile and ask them to rename it to your old username.

 

Sent this to IB - a few people seem to be having problems with not registering properly, but this is the first that I've seen an account that was working revert to a on functioning account. I don't have the ability to resend a confirmation email, the real question is why a active account has reverted to a pre-registration account.

Poor fella can only start threads, sit back and watch. Maybe just open a new account altogether. Then ask for the mods to change your screen name if needed.

Edit: I should also say you need to have all your browsers closed for it to successfully delete everything

I had the same issue with my old username and finally abandoned it to start a new one. I couldn't do any posting or PMing because 6SO put me into "awaiting e-mail confirmation" status and never sent an e-mail with a link to confirm, so I started over from mmmtriplem to mrmaass.
No big deal...
