Weighed the car today
I put the car on the scales today and finally found out what it weighed.
As I looked around, I found the base weight listed by Porsche is 3,395 (if I remember correctly). I'm not sure what this weight is, but I seriously doubt it's a wet weight for a US spec Turbo and it was more than likely with hollow spoke wheels. Maybe someone can enlighten me.
I lightened the car up a little.
Exhaust -25
Remove spare, jack etc. -39
Wiper delete -4
Wing hydraulic pump and lines -3
Lighter battery -11
Total -82lbs.
I'm sure my 245/35R19 and 295/30R19 tires are a little heavier, but my forged Champion wheels should be a little lighter. We'll call this a wash.
I'm not sure about my PSS10's, GT3 swaybar, headers and aftermarket Garrett GT 28/64 turbos, but let's assume they weigh close to stock.
Given all of this, the car weighed 3,446 lbs. full of fluids. If we assume I have removed the 82 pounds listed above, than the car weighed around 3,528 stock with options, full of fluids.
At least the corner weights of 50.2%/49.8% looked good.

Just make sure you don't spin the tires when you drive up the ramps.
Here's the results.

Tip or Manual? Big diff in weight there.
Mine weighed in at 3650 with me in it and 3/4 tank of gas. I weighed 200lbs and 3/4 tank of gas is roughly 80lbs, so that makes my car 3370 bone stock.

It's just a street car, so no "real" diet for me.

Wow... seems heavy to me? I did a bunch of weight loss mods too, when I had my car, but I never weighed my car BEFORE I started the mods, but I ASSUMED that it actually weighed the 3395 or so claimed by Porsche.
I was able to remove about 250lbs (tracked all the weight on a spreadsheet), and when I went to weigh it, it weighed 3145 with our me...This was with less than a 1/4 tank of fuel, how I usually drove it.

I have no idea why my stock car would have weighed 63 pounds (3,528-3,465) more than yours. Did you have a sunroof, navigation, door speakers and lumbar support in the seats when it was stock?

Seems in the ballpark range. The turbo is not a light car. That was my first impression when I drove it; feels pretty big and heavy. Then again, when I hit the first corner, it all of a sudden felt a lot lighter. I'm impressed how well it handles for being this heavy. Of course, the GT-R is a pig and has impressive handling as well.

This is actually not that heavy of a car, basically the same weight at a Subaru Sti and lighter than a Mitsubishi Evo. This is one of the biggest reasons I am going this route, 3.6l turbo with AWD and decent weight. It puts down the power pretty well and handles good.
