My uncle just purchased 03 911 X50 with "unknown" mods and we did some pulls to see where he stands. We did a third gear pull, being everytime I we would do a 2nd gear I would lose traction (it was -2 outside) and fall a whole car behind before pulling ahead again.

This is what we know so far about the mods on His X50:

1. 1BAR FLASH from an unknow tuner
2. Modified Stock exhaust
3. Modified/ butchered intake box (We do not consider this a mod, but it the way he got the car)

VS My EPLK16 Billets (see signature to see mods)

Even though I pulled him pretty hard, the X50 pulls hard with out stopping to Red line we are thinking that it might have old school 18gs on a old school tune (ie 1BAR). His car pulls at least as hard as a stock or lightly modded Z06's I have ran in the past.

If you know how a Z06 runs I will try to help you with a video of my car against two Z06.

My car is a 996 Turbo S (K24) with K&N intake,europipe decat exhaust and Giac flash 1,0bar.

 

Anything done to those Z06's?

I am not playing smart, but am confused by your post can you please explain?

 

a k24 car on stock Wgs flashed will never keep up with a k16/billet and your mods... a K24/billet(wgs) with similar mods and same boost would be probably a different result.....
not trying to be confusing...

 

I suspect Mark meant that the X50 car has no 'CHANCE' even flashed, but the world 'change' was incorrectly put there.
