GT2: What is the stock RWHP figures?

Has anyone run their stock GT2's on the dyno? What kind of rear wheel horsepower and torque numbers were you running?

Please post graphs if you have them. Thanks in advance.

That´s about right. The new, 483 hp models supposedly put out 530 at the crank.

Insurance companies may have a new rate for cars over 500 HP? IDK, but it would seem odd to do this on a 180,000 Porsche

One of our customer's with a basalt black GT2 just did 510 to the wheels and 530 foot pounds of torque on a Mustang dyno. All he had was the GIAC/EVO flash and Europipe Exhaust... What a monster!

dyno

The stock 2002 GT2 did 450 HP to the ground (i dont have toque numbers in front of me, sorry).

taking off the exhaust after the turbos and making straight pipes (only having the pre-cat 02in the system) made 470 to the ground. Thats the only engine modifications at this time.

This was using the Mustang Ranch Dyno in Santa Clara.

Hope this helps,
Scott Fraser
