Be nice if GMP didn't spend the whole day posting 30 in a row sale adds in the classified. Just my opinion.

 

I think they posted more than that. I had to go to page three before it ended.

Was wondering if I should say something to a mod, they are a vendor, they have their own section for vendor sales, they don't need to be spamming the general classifieds like that.

 

I already did. They are free to post there, and that's fine, but gimme a break. 15-20 in a row is a little annoying. Iv got some 60-80 Porsche items for sale on ebay and countless more not posted but I don't bombard the classified DAILY with 20 of them, maybe 3-4 in a streak and a few weeks in between bumps usually.

 

I don't even like when general users with 3-4 items post a separate thread for each item. They could combine them all in one with pics. Same goes for GMP, they could have done, say, 10 threads instead of 50+, and still posted every single item.

Seriously such BS. Don't bother telling a moderator, you will just be ignored... not like the members on here are the priority. They pay... they play.

 

Nice to know I wasn't the only one annoyed by that. I stayed quiet thinking maybe I was being unreasonable.

Ban GMP

 

I think seeing a thread like this will clue them in to not annoy the people who frequent the classified section if they want our business for anything.

 

I did notice they did this a couple of days ago. I wanted to look at members parts for sale and all I kept seeing was their stuff!

 

there are a couple sponsors that do that.. it is difficult too offer deals when one has one ONE thread vs 25.....

 

I don't mind seeing what the vendors have (even GMP) without going to vendor classified and probably no reason to ban anyone. Maybe they can take a hint and tone it down a bit. It's a little disrespectful in my opinion to clog up the personal classified when there is a dedicated vendor spot, especially to this extent. It drives me away from even looking at their stuff, honestly don't even know what they sell. It's the old pushy car salesman routine.
