Guys with 335 tires...
Yes I know 315 is better, but for those that successfully fit them, what width of wheel and offset are your running?
Are you lowered or stock height?
I'm on Pss9 but not low at all!
I know about fender rolling and liner modding, but I'd like to center the wheel/tire as best as possible.
Thanks!

I have 335 Toyo RA1s on right now, didn't intend on using them on the Turbo just had them in the garage from the Z06. I have CCW C14 18x12 rears and 18x9 fronts have about 2* of camber in the rear. GT2 heights on coilovers, no rubbing on the rear fenders and my inner fenders were already worn from some ps2s before I had the 5mm spacers. No rubbing on the pipes though. Did get a track day on them it was the best the car has ever felt.
Call me a glutton for punishment, but why exactly do you want to go with a 335 if you know a 315 is better?
Also, why are you running the car up high but trying to stick massive rubber underneath? I would think you'd want the car to have a lower center of gravity to go along with the huge tires (and more importantly the grip they provide). Again...

What model of tires are you running now, and what are you looking at running in the 335? Unless somebody here has the exact same tires, the tires they have are unlikely to be the same width (all 335 tires are NOT the same width!). So be careful with the knowledge you get.
Sorry but that's all I can help with your question though since I've only gone as wide as a 315. Personally I'd go with an R888 or similar tire as my street tire in a 315 and lower the car an inch or so and forget about the 335. You'll end up with a better handling car!

Yes 997, couldn't tell which section you posted in from the app. Anyways, I'm running 19's.
Reason being. I've got them mounted in wheels already.
More specifically I was looking for what offsets guys are running.

everyone that has either learned from experience or the experience others end up running a 12 rear with 315/30's on 18's for "optimum" ride, handling and stance. i agree, your first sentence and query is a bit of a head scratcher lol
Running 235x35x19 in the front on a 19x9 rim and 345x25x19 on a 19x12 rim. Running 7mm spacers in the rear to clear push through setup. Car is lowered about 1/2". PSS9. Rear camber -.05 and front is -.2 rear fender is rolled/trimmed along with liner.
I'd also like to know wheel offsets for using 335.
that looks absolutely hideous. honestly the ugliest 996 ive ever seen. from the ali baba sourced bumper, to the hood that would probably fit better on a lincoln town car. those rear wheels belong on the back of iroc z.

not to mention a set up like that would only add to the horrible understeer 911s have.
the widest tire that can be fit on a 996 in 19" wheel would be a 315.
with an 18" wheel you can go 335 but will need to make camber adjustments, and possibly use small spacers.
345 25 19 tires (pirelli was the only one making them) were discontinued several(5+) years ago.
