BretW is infamous around these parts
Upgrade started

I finally have all my parts and the upgrade has started. I have K16 billets, new wastegates, fuel injectors and tune from Markski at 911 tuning. I also picked up some Forge intercooler hoses and a used RPI 3 inch exhaust and to make sure it breaths. I'm installing RSS motor mounts and a Cantrell Motorsports transmission mount insert to keep everything in place with all the added power. I spent some time with a carbide burr and cartridge rolls cleaning up the headers and exhaust inlet on the turbos. Won't make any more HP, but should help it spool quicker.

Nice job on the cleanup. You are removing material to smooth the path exhaust gas flows through. It's not much but will increase flow overall.

Very nice mods going on the car, definitely like the exhaust. The difference in the material you burred off looks significant enough to make some type of improvement.

Very nice!! I got my flash from Mark about 2 weeks ago and he's building my exhaust as we type... The flash is amazing, I can't wait to hear the exhaust!

Wow, installing the injectors was a pain, but they're done. Now as soon as my gaskets show up, I can proceed with the headers and turbos.

Congrats! Did you get all the tie wraps back in place...lol. They can cram a lot of stuff in a tight space!! Just check twice after you think you are done with each step because any thing left off requires lots of disassembly....good luck and enjoy the experience!

Nice
Make sure you do a pressure to 20 psi for 30 sec from the lower boost hoses. Must hold.

I've already built my pressure testing pieces and have all new Porsche gaskets for intercooler. I've also been busy changing out dry vacuum lines with new silicon ones and putting zip ties on everything to keep it tight and leak free.
