I think this is the one everyone is talking about.
Just be aware that the above kit only works with the stock DMFW. This was the stock clutch on my Rturbo before I changed it to the 764/4.0/964LWFW set up. Drove like stock...

Yes, good point. If one wants a LWFW, that solid disc won't work.

Not sure what version it was, however, it did NOT look like the pictures you provided. It quite possible they have gotten their **** together by now, who knows, personally you won't find many, if anyone running a South Bend clutch in their TT on this forum, so there could be some level of risk.

Good Luck.
We'll find out this Friday. Picking my car up with rebuilt trans and new clutch after work.

For what it's worth, I have a clutchmasters stage 3 and its on or off... Very difficult to drive in traffic or on a hill. The thing does hold strong though. Also I'm running the stock slave .

I have a southbend in my 500whp 335i and its just a pinch heavier than stock, night and day difference than my 996.

It has been a week or two since I have done the "break in" method on my CM Stage 3 and am still enjoying the smooth engagement. So happy with the clutch now.
