Gents,
On an unrelated note, doesn't anybody run a 3.0 bar FPR instead of the stock 3.8 bar to extend fuel pump capacity just a little bit more? Sure you'd need to size your injectors 12.5% bigger, but it would help increase fuel pump throughput while decreasing current draw...

I was talking about using a bolt-on, off the shelf non-adjustable 3.0bar Bosch regulator to get the pressure down. Perhaps a Bosch PN 0 280 160 557 would drop right in?

Hydra - I think most all run about 3.5-4bar. Just depends on the tuner and what the set-up likes. The pumps can support more pressure easily and a well rounded system will keep the pressure under control. Some have had issues keeping it down actually with small returns or low capacity regulators.

***** - Yes same set up. In stock if you need that or anything else. Just let me know!
