Finally got some Dyno results.... road course set up
Looking at set up and tuning about 4 weeks out weather permitting. We have a new wing going on also but shooting for first part of April. We are also going to be busy setting up a new Spec Boxster around that same time frame so April will be busy for sure.

Received the heads today. Can't say enough about Todd McKenzie. Excellent guy to deal with and someone who knows his stuff. Anyone considering getting some Porsche headwork done, I would highly highly recommend him. Turnaround time including shipping was a little over two weeks and I told Todd there is no need to rush it as I was traveling. As I said in the post above, not only does Todd port the heads, but he also does match porting on the intake manifolds which are also highly restrictive in stock form. Most guys overlook those. I think the numbers speak for themselves. The % improvement over stock for both the intake and exhaust side is calculated in 0.050" increments and shown in the two columns on the far right. You can see a huge improvement in flow with an average intake improvement of 78.5% (27%min-120%max) and an average exhaust improvement of 68.7% (26%min-120%max). Keep in mind, valves are stock OEM size as we decided to stick with those as opposed to going bigger. Todd added his own springs, guides, etc..

Love tech posts!
I might be almost as excited as you to see how the drivetrain build transforms the overall experience!
Cheers,
Rob

Thanks. Yeah, looking forward to getting this wrapped up. Actually almost more looking forward to the re-geared gearbox. I think that's going to be a substantial improvement.
Things are coming along. Installed an upgraded fuel pump and larger supply lines last week.

Finally had some time at the shop today and fitted the new intake piping. I replaced the old RUF spiral reinforced intake pipes that have been on the car for the last eight years and started looking a bit weathered. I fitted solid thick walled plastic 70mm intake pipes which are nearly indestructible and are very resistant to heatsoak.
UW Exhaust is also ready to go on. Full 3" with anti drone pipes, secondary mufflers, and V-banded 5" HJS/Emitech Motorsport 100 cell cats to keep the tree huggers happy.
