I don't think I'd want to cut up my dash to mount the screen or remove my tach. I'd want a shift light wired though and perhaps a warning light too. I used to use 3-4 lights on my Supra and different colors meant different things. Each light was a single super bright LED stuck in the pillar pointed at the driver. Displays are great for cruising or making changes but no way can they be stared at going fast

 

I'm definitely not cutting my dash. My goal is to keep my car looking as original as possible.

 

FYI GuageArt released there unit to mirror your ProEfi Monitor on your Nav unit or monitor. Great way to still keep your dash looking clean. I'm ordering mine this weekend will update you guys how it turns out. No reason why a GTR should be the only car that does this

I tried their design tool out briefly, was painful and browser based. I guess once you get it right it's done though!
