"get away" as in more emissions w the 100cel cat version ( presumably?! ) that probably won't ( or might just barely? ) fly, owing to highly restrictive emission requirements we have in kali

Our visual inspections aren't very strict when you go someplace that can't even find the engine.

 

To.my point, we don't have those here. Ever since the "star", station test only places, some of them will fail you on visual with any aftermarket exhaust.

Then there are the places one goes year after year
