if the headers are new and you had the same issue with different headers and turbos it has to be the upper turbo mounts. thats all that holds the turbo on is the upper mount and the header

if the upper mounts are all factory and not bent in any way then that may actually be the way they sit. honestly i never really looked at mine from the front when the motor was out. its possible to be like this and make adjustments in the exhaust system to level out the tips when installed

 

I agree that 10:1 seems high enough to require E85 but I'm pretty sure Sean runs straight gas on occasion to help clean up the fuel system. With the heat in Vegas that makes me shiver lol. Pretty sure that the EFR wastegates proved problematic at high boost and that he upgraded them.

Overall I really like the EFR concept and want to move to those once I've got a motor that can handle it and wring out my current turbo. I'm watching with great interest to see what he comes up with for upgrade packages!

 

Turbos are going to be positioned by the header aren't they? The turbo hard mounts to it right? There may be support brackets to relieve weight from the header but they shouldn't change the height.

 

stock header geometry with the efr turbine housing will have the compressor cover touching the tires, which is why we made our own turbine housings

 

Looks like you have the black market kit with headers looks like a bad boob job

 

bad headers maybe never met a bad boob!
