Car wont make commanded Boost. I give up!!!!
My understanding is if that check valve is bad it will show when doing the boost leak test by releasing the air into the drivers side turbo inlet. Or is that not the case or are you talking about a different check valve?
correct
edit> didn't see you'd already confirmed it's working pzzzzt. sorry.
From my understanding he did extensive proper boost leak tests....I doubt its the n75 and or the lines to it... it would show...

you'll "hear" it if it's bad and as stated above its atop the tb/plenum ( #16 in the parts diagram if you have it? ) as all it can do is crack pls ( correct me if i'm wrong ) but its just a little piece of plastic. the other ( iirc ) is a venturi tube. it inhibits boost constantly if messed up. wg adjustment or not. i went thru all this.

Would you also know if the Venturi tube is messed up by doing a boost leak test?
Thanks!
My bud told ne given they work in concert and are penny items just change em all
I had some time to work on the car today. I removed the exhaust to physically check the wastegate flappers and they looked fine and sealed well. So I did as Markski said and set the actuators to crack at 15psi. Here is a log after doing so. I unfortunately still don't see 1.3bar on the gauge.

If you do the test let's say to 15 psi on the wgs , do they actually hold it or do they leak down ?
I would check that on each side and also turn then up to 17 psi just to see.
If that doesn't help, can you verify that at the lower boost hoses you did a pressure test to 20 psi and holds 20 seconds without dropping ?
Ok

Hi Marksi,
I just did a comparison of the first log and now this log. It looks like it is holding more boost now at each respective RPM with the actuators set to crack at 15psi so at least we are heading in the right direction.
Yes when I used the mityvac to set the actuators they held at that pressure for at least the 5 seconds I held them there for. Should I see if they hold for longer? Im not sure how much tighter I can make the actuators. Im running out of thread on the rod. lol I will see if I can get them to 17psi.
And yes it held 20psi for a while when I did the boost leak test. Here is the video...
