^^ "going"?!.... Lol

add: quick headsup to any that will be doing the replacements of the "part" themselves

i am pretty sure that NO ONE can beat PELICAN on price or delivery. for four calipers you will need
to eliminate brake squeal.. you dont NEED to replace them? but at the price why re-use parts this cheap?
even I am not THAT stupid cheap!

each rear will require rear: (2) @28mm and (2) @ 30mm "brake damper". they are all bought separately. e.g. 28mm & 30mm.

and also the fronts they look completely different ( don't freak, as i of course did ) will require 2 each @ 36mm/44mm damper ( is how they come, one of each per pkg no need to specify )..

now, i bought the most INEXPENSIVE because i LOVE porsche labels on hats, shirts, and my windscreen!, less so the boxes of the parts..so i bought "URO" brand., go ahead and buy PORSCHE brand and pay the "TAX". be my guest.

so you need: (8) pieces for the rears @ 9 bucks and (4) pieces of the fronts at 14 bucks each. total needed is (12) pieces and you're good to go. the sensors would/should?? be fine. don't LOSE THE COTTER PINS and the brackets that hold the calipers in place? also fine, not replaceable unless you see an issue.

have fun. for bleeding? i didn't have a promotive bleeder so my left leg is ready again today to mega press competition style.. no, it's sore this AM..just kiddin'... ha.

BTW! jared was cool enough to do the boots and seals at "cost" for me rather than me do em once they arrived? but don't "quote" me on that. could be a one off, i don't know.

I don't know how much good the dampeners with do as the glue will burn off and the dampener delaminate from the pad under hard use due to the heat. Probably not an issue under street use unless you are really driving the car hard and seriously heating up the brakes. One way to tell is by the condition of your piston dust seals. Are they intact or all cracked from the heat? If the dust seals are ok, the dampeners will likely survive too. Interestingly, my Cayenne does not use any dampeners at all and the brakes are dead quiet.

i do really heat up the brakes as the downhills are pretty steep! and i don't either "know" if it will help? but they are replaceable parts at btw $6 and $9 per copy. so replacing them all seemed prudent.

we shall see, as only time, and frequent downhills will tell. i drive the car hard, and while it's a "street"? think of it as a deserted two lane canyon road with horse crossings.

Quote: 500/6500 choices?! holy cr&p! good thing i'm color blind lol
For those (like me) still deciding on color I present a simple display from the BREMBO booth at NAIAS. It shows a good variety. They had a white caliper on a different stand but I didn't snap a pic.

I'm leaning toward blue, but the gold might look good on a silver car as well. Decisions decisions.

Gold? It's not an Sti lol! Gold doesn't hold the brake dust too much except where chips occur. I'll admit you guys are tempting me to do mine, maybe next winter!

holy cr*p nice display! I'm just glad the argento grey is exactly what i wanted and jared already picked up some of the powdercoat. i'd be staring at that case like the nipper dog for a week

ok looked at them all again for a minute ...i STILL got the "best color" ( grey ) next to the blue which would've made NO sense on my car at all. i just need the blue car to match those calipers lol

Why would the blue make no sense on your car? I finally got my calipers pulled and just now need to get them packed up for shipping ;0)
