pets in turbo
LOL
We'd need you to do one of those vids where you film your reaction as you read the thread.
Back when I was in law school, my 911 was my only vehicle. It was used to transport my girlfriend (later wife), dog, and anything else that needed transport from a to b. Some of the highlights were:
- weekend trip to Italy (lived in Munich) with the wife and dog. Drove 7 passes in the Dolomite Mtns in one day on the way home. That evening was one of 2 or max 3 times that the dog did not want food. LOL
- moving my wife from her apartment to mine. We had 6 moving boxes on the roof rack of the 911 - and a rocking chair strapped on top of all of that. Felt a little like the Beverly Hillbillies and got some really good looks.
- probably the "worst": I had to buy a ladder shortly after we purchased our first home and, as the other car, roof rack, etc. were all 4 hrs. away, I got some bubble wrap, made 4 pads, rested the ladder on the roof and on the rubber spoiler lip (whale tail). Got some good looks that day too. LOL
I love my 911s, but they are cars. They get beaten on, driven in snow, driven on the track, and the get cleaned up. I see no point in owning cars I can't use.

My parents-in-law's dachshund did chew up a seatbelt once, though LOL.

I guess I'm the guy that believes in "the right tool for the job."
Instead of "I got a tool for that" I have a car for it!
Sorry, maybe I'm a super weird car nerd but to me...they're a lot more than transportation.
Never knew you had a white 6 speed with 20 miles on it. Good thing it's not black and worth less than a new Malibu.
I had to put my dog in my new Tundra pickup once to take him to vet= never again. I use my wife's car as I'm to fussy lol. Would put my pet in my car if emergency as I do value them more.
It's not a 911 but it is a Porsche Turbo. Although the dog is not allowed anywhere near the 911, having a husky means her fur is everywhere and therefore is still in the 911.
