Lightbulb Tuners please HELP!

Guys, I am running a 996TT Tiptronic with the following spec of the work I have just had done;

k16/26 billet turbos
IPD Plenum and TB (74mm)
Europipe Exhaust -100 Cell
650 cc injectors
New Additional Fuel Pump
New Turbo Smart actuators (1 Bar springs)
New Plugs , Coils, Oil and Welding coolant lines.
Gearbox and 4WD serviced.
Runs 98 octane fuel here in the UK

Expected bhp at the crank is 600 bhp

The problem that the car simply doesn't feel as fast as a k16/26 Manual I drove before having all the above work done.

-Its feels like it's running around 530 bhp only just beating my friends stock 997.1 TT to 100 mph

- I also get smoked by my friends stock GTR running 550 bhp both off the lights and at 60-140 mph runs

-Torque feels like it lacking at the low end of the gears

- But it boosts to 1.3 bar at the top of each gear

Questions

Why the hell does my car feel slow in spite of the above work?

Ive been told that there could be a loss of power due to the tiptronic gearbox is this true???

-What things should I check ?

-My technician assures me there are no boost leaks , could the DV be leaking?

Guys all your input is much appreciated,

Si

Here's a quick and easy way to test your diverter valves http://www.vaglinks.com/Docs/Misc/VA...rter_Valve.pdf

Outside of that, I'd start by doing some datalogging pulls and discussing with whoever did your ECU tuning to see if the numbers are what they expect.

Good advise. Pressure test and speak to your tuner about logs to see.

Is there any other variables ?

My tech says that while datalogging the request boost is met???

If boost requests are met does that eliminate the possibility of leaks?

No. It can be met but at what duty cycle? Pressure tests are so easy to do. Also it could just be a more conservative map.

I'm going to guess you have a boost leak like said. Also note that just because you hit x boost level, doesn't mean you're making the power potential at x boost level. Engine could be pulling timing, boost leak, slipping clutch or torque converter, etc. Logs and basic checks should be done.
