It may spin but not hold pressure or quickly overheat. Fuel filter is good right? No pressure at back but hoses up front look good? IMO it's the pump...

Fuel filter i replaced last year

Hoses are fine. Like i said I hooked up fuel pressure tester tapped next to fuel filter. Picked tester from pep boys for 40 dollars. Turned key on shows nothing. Tried to start the car gauge moved a little. I ordered the pump anyways. Could be that the pump not creating pressure

replaced fuel pump, car fired up right away, so 13 years old pump, and 5 year old battery, Btw quick question - I also pulled left and right tube/feed? out, (for inspection) im showing only one side on the pic.
DO they attach anywhere or clip on something, (im talking about yellow part on the picture, I shoveled inside... I think they suck fuel from the bottom tank?

yep, thanks. the car runs way way better....oh btw, my fuel gauge (showing level) is also fixed, i did mess a bit with it, -before to get the right reading i would have to fill the gas tank all the way up. filling half a tank would show me only 1 bar. lol, great success .
