Anyone here install the 997 GT3 brake upper guides??
I just picked up some of the 997 GT3 brake guides to see about deflecting air to the back of my brake rotors and would like some feedback or pictures of those with them. Do you have to modify the stock turbo wheel housing? Will it be better to install 997gt3 wheel liners as well?

I'm running the 7GT3 upper air guides in conjunction with the lower Cup ducts. You need 6GT2 fender liners in conjunction with the air guides otherwise they're pointless. The 6GT2 liners are a direct bolt on and divert radiator air to the air guides via the rectangular opening by the coolant pipes. 6TT fender liners would need extensive modification and the 997GT versions dont fit. The stock 6GT2 (and 3) uses a variation of the 7GT3 upper air ducts (functionally identical) also but they can not be used with the TT coolant pipe architecture.
The 7GT3 air guides are not a direct bolt on. This is what you need to do to fit them:
