Just had my gearbox refreshed by Chris Cervelli this week. He built the gearbox 2 years ago and I have put 45 track hours on it since. It has been absolutely flawless. It didn't need to be rebuilt but it had to be pulled out to install a new Guard GT2 Pro Chromoly billet LSD. This is Guard's flagship heavy duty LSD which is used on applications upward of 1500hp and is replacing my Guard GT3 Club billet LSD. Thumbs up to Matt at Guard for his awesome product and service. Since the box was out of the car, Chris installed a taller 997GT2RS 4th gear to complement the 7RS 1-3 that was in the car already. He also cut off the front of the pinion shaft and removed the AWD output flange . According to Chris everything in the gearbox was in perfect condition so nothing else had to be changed out. That's always a relief. The gearbox cooler needs to be bolted back on and it's going back in the car..

I didn't take any picture while the box was apart. Basically, about 2" of the front of the pinion shaft (the part with splines) was cut off on a lathe. The splined portion is what sticks out of the front of the gearbox housing and the AWD output flange is bolted to it. When you remove this you have to install an aluminum billet block off plug (visible in the picture). It's epoxied in and secured with small allen inserts. Naturally you no longer need the rubber shaft seal so that's removed also.
It is sold pending payment to another 6speed member who had dibs on in when he contacted me a few months back about it. I just PM'd him. In case he changes his mind I'll make it available for sale.
Here you go, also another way to block the FWD drive.

i would have to pull up the pet catalog to see. i just remember it was crazy expensive compared to pwdrhounds system which was about 1500$
