Why does everyone want to race me?
MY 996TT IS GREAT. I think that the car is fun to drive, and has all the power that I really need. The only thing that makes me Mad, is the fact that I can't pull up to a light without a modded sport car(s2000,BMW, 350Z, etc) pulling up beside me wanting to race. I didnt buy the car to race on the streets, I bought it because its one of best sport car of our times and is a lot of fun to drive. What do you guys do when this happens to you? Is there some sign I can wave to let them know that " We know my car is faster, I dont want to waste gas on a silly race"

It also happened to me when I had an RX8 but with that one, almost every car was faster, LOL.

Must be a So.Cal thing. Here in Atlanta, I rarely get challanged. When I do, I just smile and wave. Street racing is just plain stupid. There is nothing to be gained by me stomping on an RX8 or 350Z, and plenty to lose!

If you think its bad in a TT... try driving a black ferrari 
Everyone and their grandmother revs me at lights or trys to run on the highway... I wont even waste my gas unless its something I know will be a fun little go..
