After market seats:
Saw an add in Excellence for Cobra Misano seats. They look great and I am interested. Any opinions on them?

I saw them at SEMA a few years back and they are a nice seat.I think a few board members have had them.

i used to have them in my supra(paid $2600 with brakets), they are nice and pretty comfortable, but i prefer the GT-3 seats for turbo

The quality is very nice too, and the carbon fiber in the back of the seats

That's one thing that I don't like about the 996's seats. I always sit alot hogher than I'd like to.

Very true. It pisses me off how many cars I can't drive because I don't have any head/leg room.

Just remember to get the right brackets/sliders... Seats are only half the issue

these seats look pretty comfy and cool with the carbon fiber... how is the lateral support? and i assume they accept 6point harnesses?

I bought some for my car and after installing them found out that I lost almost an inch of leg room.. so took them out and sold them.
