There are CGT allocations around but some delaers are going to think they have gold with them and look for some more $ over the top.

At Stevens Creek, the one with the early delivery was about 10K over MSRP. The other that you could spec was at MSRP.

I believe anyone who waits will find these cars second hand with very slow mileage and deep discounts.

It will be interesting to see for how much most dealerships will sell the CGT. My local dealership plans to start a "bidding war" over the one that they will get soon. It may sell locally but more likely it will be traded off to another dealership for probably a very high premium!

Porsche may become greedy over the CGT...they are hoping to collect high 6 or maybe even into 7 figures (I think that is a little on the optimistic side)!

I think they are out of their minds, but I guess only time will tell!

Anyone who pays over window for a CGT is a fool.

They are making way too many of them for it to become a true collectible.

A GT-2 is probably going to be made at about 1/10th the numbers of production, and look what happened there. The CGT will someday be a collectors item but I'll be dead by then. It is awesome anyway and if I had the funds to spend, I'd like one.

Everywhere I read (lately) production will only be 1500 w/500 cars to the U.S. Clarify?
